Fee Schedule

The rate for homeopathic consultation services is $170 for initial consultations, which covers the two-hour in-depth consultation and the first month of all necessary work. $44 for follow-up appointments and anything you may need for the month. This includes time in the office, on the telephone, or in case study. Payment is due at the time of service. No insurance reimbursement can be expected for these services. Cancellations will be free of charge if you inform the office 48 hrs. before the appointment or in case of an emergency, otherwise 50% of the fee will be due. There is a full money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the results after three months.

Records of client visits and other transactions are confidential. Ms. Garvey may, for purposes of improving your care, discuss a case in a confidential manner with a professional peer, without disclosing any information by which you might be identified. Any other use of your case information such as teaching, research, or publication in professional journals would require separate and specific permission from the client.
